Often described as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater floor is teeming with over 30,000 animals, including elephants, buffaloes, black rhinos, hyenas, lions, and a variety of plains game.
With its rich wildlife, lush grasslands, and dramatic scenery, the Ngorongoro Crater offers some of the best game viewing in Africa. In the evening, drive up to Simba Campsite, perched on the crater rim, and enjoy panoramic views of this natural wonder as you settle in for dinner and overnight.

Known for hosting the Great Migration, where over two million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move in search of fresh grazing, the Serengeti offers year-round game viewing and unforgettable wildlife encounters.
Keep an eye out for the Big Cats, elephants, hippos, and countless other species as you explore this breathtaking wilderness. Enjoy a full day of game drives before heading to Seronera Campsite, located at the heart of the park, for dinner and overnight surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Day 5: Northern Serengeti – Lobo & the Mara River Corridor
Head north to the Lobo and Kogatende regions of the Serengeti, near the Masai Mara border. This area is among the best in Africa to witness the dramatic Mara River crossings during the Great Migration season (July–October), as thousands of wildebeest and zebras risk the crocodile-infested waters in search of greener pastures.
The northern Serengeti offers a wilder and less-crowded experience, with rolling hills, granite kopjes, and open plains filled with both predators and prey. After an unforgettable day of game drives and breathtaking scenery, settle in for dinner and overnight at Lobo Campsite.

Day 6: Lake Natron & Ol Doinyo Lengai Night Trek – The Mountain of God
After brunch, continue exploring the northern Serengeti as you journey toward the remote and otherworldly Lake Natron region. Known for its volcanic landscapes, alkaline lake, and dramatic gorges, this area is also deeply rooted in Maasai culture. Upon arrival, you’ll settle near the base of Ol Doinyo Lengai, the sacred “Mountain of God” revered by the Maasai. Here, enjoy evening tea and a trek briefing as you prepare for the night climb.
After dinner and a short rest, begin your challenging night ascent of Ol Doinyo Lengai around 10:00 PM. Reaching the summit at sunrise rewards you with an awe-inspiring panorama of the Great Rift Valley, Mount Kilimanjaro, and the surreal lava fields below. Begin your descent at 9:00 AM, returning to camp for breakfast and well-deserved rest.

Day 7: Lake Natron Exploration & Return to Arusha or Moshi
Spend a relaxed morning exploring the breathtaking Lake Natron, a shimmering alkaline lake famous as East Africa’s only breeding ground for lesser flamingos. Its vivid red and pink hues, caused by mineral-rich waters, create a surreal and almost otherworldly landscape framed by rugged escarpments. This remote setting offers a peaceful contrast to the excitement of the previous safari days.
Later, visit the Ngare Sero Waterfalls, where cool, crystal-clear waters flow through a narrow gorge—perfect for a refreshing dip or a quiet moment surrounded by nature. After lunch, begin your return journey to Arusha or Moshi, reflecting on the unforgettable landscapes, wildlife, and cultural encounters that made this adventure truly extraordinary.
